I had been out playing golf most of the morning in Brabrantse golf club and we had wonderful weather all morning and I was already looking forward to meet my friends Babs and Maxime for lunch after my brief stop at the 19th hole with my friend David.
I went back to my apartment after golf and called a taxi, because Babs were on her way towards my place. Maxime had asked us to meet him at L'Arrière Cuisine which was in the middle of the city. When we arrived Maxime had already memorized the menu. We had at table in the middle of the restaurant and we all went through the menu which was simple and not too waste. We ordered a bottle of the white wine together with our light lunch.
After lunch we walked the streets of the city centre in the beautiful sun. We walked towards the Grand Place where Babs wanted to visit one of her friend in La Rose Blanche so we went there and enjoyed the atmosphere, while talking to her friend and enjoying a couple of coupes. We left and wanted to enjoy some more of the sun and the city. Maxime wanted to see an exhibition at the Bozar so we parted.
Babs and I visited Chez Richard at the Grand Sablon before we walked back to the Chatelain area, where we ended the evening at Basta Cosi. It had been a long and a wonderful Sunday.
