I have now been working more than 3 years in the lovely city of Brussels and I have the last 18 months had the fortune of living here full time. One of the first things I have become to understand is why expats don't want to leave again. When I arrived I had a goal of walking the streets of Brussels and driving the roads of Belgium. One of my goals here is to visit all large cities in Belgium and afterwards know a lot about Belgium.

This restaurant has not been open too long time; my guess is around 3 months. It is situated close to the city centre of Leuven approximately 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Town Hall. The view in to the restaurant is open and large modern window are indication that this place is housing a modern cuisine.

Apparently the owner and chef have built the tables himself, which I felt was an odd link. The place is open and still yet cozy. The interior is kept in brown and beige colours and the interior is modern without being too cold. There is a view into the kitchen from all seats and there is a large wine storage space in the middle of the restaurant.

The menu is fixed; there is a salad as a starter and an Argentinean filet pure as a main dish. Both dishes were really good and I especially enjoyed the filet pure. There are one or two deserts but we skipped them because we were already full at that point. We had a very good wine and the evening was really good in their hands
