Earlier in the year I found I had some inclination and money (more of the former than the latter), to go traveling... I'm sure no one on this site knows what I mean :P  I had originally thought to do a 2 week tour of Mexican Mayan ruins but that will have to wait for another time. Charles (chucklesb) and my mom decided to embark on a Carnival 7 day Western Caribbean cruise. Now that we leave in just a few days I’m mostly scrambling to get everything done. I caved and bought a new bathing suit today but nothing compares the major caving I did on Saturday at Bloomingdales!

For two years I've had my eye on some marvelous hard exterior, light weight, no matter-what-forever-warranty, expensive German luggage. Before my trip to Europe I bought new luggage only to end up throwing it away on our return. Most of the wheels and other pieces used to hold the bag upright were destroyed. And this on its very maiden voyage! So while bored in the Munich Airport I spotted a Lufthansa shop that had luggage by a brand called Titan. The Titan X2 caught my eye but the price tag told me to keep moving. Lately I had been thinking about buying luggage as I still don’t have anything larger than a carry on roller. I figured if I was going to have to drop money I might as well never have to buy any new luggage EVER again. Thankfully Charles and my mom also needed luggage. When we found out Bloomingdales sold Titan X2's we had to go and at least look. A huge sale, a Bloomingdales 15% off for opening a credit card, and even a floor model discount later we all find ourselves with new happy luggage at much cheaper than listed on Titan or Amazon websites. I love the light weight, easy 360 degree wheel handling and the unique look. Best of all? I can put live fireworks inside, watch them destroy it just for fun and take the pieces back to get a brand new one (if they can't fix it that is :D). I realize this sounds like a big Titan advertisement but really I am just that excited to try it out. After this trip and especially after my Christmas/ New Years - D.C./N.Y.C. trip I will have to do a full review with pictures :D
