We went to Hammamet Yasmine in October. This is a very nice area. It might be new and not authentic but still very nice.

Temple of the water

Zaghouan is Green and has a nice climate. It is famous because of the rose water called Nisri. The real one is very expensive. Zaghouan is also a white colored city. If your condition is very good, you can take a bike and try to reach the Temple of the water. In all the twelve niches there used to be statues presenting each month of the year. In the middel of the "temple" is actually a real Temple. Here is also the beginning of the aquaduct leading towards Carthago.
