One way or another
You know what? So when I fly I always want to fly past the city you’re in… especially when there’s a sunrise/sunset! I think it’s really beautiful. So I left PIT this morning at 6:15am…just in time for the sunrise. Well, I get on t he plane… I have a window seat and I see Pittsburgh in the distance. The city looked really beautiful with the sunrise behind it… but instead of getting closer it got farther away. Instead of flying south west we just flew straight south to get to Washing Dulles. Sigh. So I bunched up my pillow, drew the blinds and fell asleep for the 35 minute flight. Only to get awoken by the flight attendant telling the guy next to me to wake me… I didn’t realize they were talking about me as the voices sounded so far away!
Well it was the flight attendant wanting to tell me that I needed to pull up the blind on the window… I’ve never heard this before and they didn’t ask this of me in my next flight landing in Boston… hmmm?
