Our last full day in Sweden...time for a crawfish party!!

Today is our last full day here in
Later that afternoon, we walked to moms and spent time with her and helped prepare for dinner. Later, Göran, Bibi and Lisa arrived with more food and two boxes of wine.
Eating them is pretty simple. First you suck the juice out of the body from where the legs are attached, and then you pull off the tail and suck the juice out of the body. Then, eat the meat out of the tail and the claws. That’s it; you’re ready for the next one now! Just repeat until all the crayfish are gone. After we finished off the crayfish, a homemade desert called marängswiss was brought out. This is meringue, fresh whipped cream, chocolate and bananas. As much as I had already eaten, I couldn’t pass on this! We spent the rest of the evening sitting at the table chatting and finishing off the wine.
Good thing we didn’t have to catch our train until 10:00 am. I definitely drank too much wine, oh and the shots too!
Tomorrow we go home :(
