This is a picture of Cony Island, NY as we flew from Baltimore to Boston.
Part 2 - Baltimore to Boston
The flight to Boston was very nice and smooth. We saw NYC from 32,000 ft. and I tried to take some pictures, but they didn’t turn out too well. Landed in Boston, got our luggage, and found our way to the international terminal. After checking in at the Iceland Air counter, we went to their Saga Class lounge and had some free sandwiches and drinks. We are flying 1st class or business class, (Iceland Air calls it Saga Class) free, round trip because of a coffee spilling incident two years ago during our flight to Sweden. It’s a long story, but in short, after taking off from Iceland two years ago on our way to Stockholm, I had a full, just made and very hot pot of coffee accidently spilled on me! Yep, the whole pot right on my stomach and lap!! So, here we are flying with the rich people on this trip hahaha!! We get use of the private lounge where you have free sandwiches, snacks, beer, hard alcohol, and nice comfy chairs to sit in while watching a big screen TV.
Sure glad I’m not paying for this! Much better than sitting in a noisy terminal! There is also free internet connections, so I was able to log on and say hi to some of you. I also made a new friend with the girl working here at the lounge, so hopefully she will join us here at TB J
Boston as we are landing.
