Tara visits Paris

Tara (one of my closest friends from home) actually arrived in Paris on December 26...it was her first time abroad. I showed her around the city and sent her to bed at a reasonable hour...she'd had a long flight.
On the 27th, our fun began. We went to Sally's to hang out with her myriad of friends visiting...Molly and Seb from Bosnia, Sarah, Joanna and her boyfriend Vinny from New York, and Christophe from Lille. She hosted a raclette party...if you've never had raclette, go out and buy a raclette machine right now and host a party. It is the most wildly intense dining experience you'll ever have. Everyone is passing meat, potatoes and vegetables, refilling the cheese-melting-trays, raising their plates for cheese refills, raising their glasses for more wine, calling out that cheese is melted enough, asking for bread, and chowing down.
Sally, Sarah, Tara, and I made our way to a bar after the longest game of Never Have I Ever ever played, and all got a little bit out of control. Mika's friend Daniel was visiting also, so we met up with them...this night later became known as the Night of Debauchery. It ended with 6 people sleeping in my tiny studio apartment...at 5am.
Tara and I stayed up til 5 or 6am about 6 out of the 10 nights she was in Paris. She thought she wouldn't be able to handle it....she did.
On her following days I took her to Notre Dame and around Montmartre to little known sites in Paris...we drank at hole-in-the-wall cafes and went to fun bars that I often frequented. I took her to Refuge des Fondues (which I visited with every one of my guests who stayed with me while I was in Paris...I went there like 7 times), and to the Champs Elysees and rue Moufftard...
Tara didn't think she would fall in love with Paris. She did.
