Day 5.. Almost last day.. what to do?

today was our last day in london.. the next day me and amy would be heading to ireland and jegs goes home to poland.. so what to do?? we got our map and started crossing out the places weve been and circling the places we wanted to see..

so the first stop was Shakespeares Globe theatre which was relatively close to our hostel. turns out you have to pay to see inside so we couldnt be bothered with it. then we were going to take the ferry ride but didnt know the schudule and didnt have any tickets yet so we decided to go to....?? i dont remember... but i know that we met up with matt and headed of the park by buckingham palace.. thats where i saw the soldiers with their red uniforms and bear hats...

okay just rechecking the pictures. . it turns out that we saw the temple church (off of the davinci code) but that was closed also... thats when matt called and we met up with him at the station.. then we headed off to the park..  after the park we got hungry so we went to china town where jegs tried these dry chinese noodles... i forgot what i had... something not good.. i dont i was that hungry... but after china town.. we decided to take a ferry ride down the thames so matt split off to do his own thing.  the ferry was cool although it took forever it was fun to see london from the river.. we got back to our hostel but before that we headed to the shop across the street to buy some beer..  we didnt know which beer to get so we asked the local guy who was very helpful. . we got the newcastle beer for me and jegs.. then we headed back to the hostel and played pusoy dos in the common room while drinking our beer.. i think jegs also taught me how to count to ten in polish which i sortof still remember.. after it got reasonably dark we decided to eat... it turned out that matts plans got cancelled so that he was free to hang out with again.. (poor guy) haha so i texted him and said that maybe we will eat at covent garden or maybe we will eat somewhere near the hostel.. we walked around the hostel and couldnt find a cheap place so we decided to go to covent garden.. when we exited the station.. matt was waiting right outside.. what a coincidence (what wouldve happened if we ate near our hostel?)  so everything was closing and there was not much food places there... so we ate at this one place which turned out to be SUPER expensive.. jegs (being the baby that he is) complained about the price and then something about not considering his feelings. hahaha but it was already too late and everything was closing and we were really hungry.. so too bad jegs!  after our dinner we said goodbye to matt who was off to do his own thing (hmmm) then off to our hostel to sleep one last time.
