KETOPRAK Vendor

KETOPRAK

Ketoprak is one of traditional food that sold by street vendors around my neighborhood. Usually, people take KETOPRAK for breakfast. The vendors go around the neighborhood at 8 until 11 AM. The price is Rp5000,-

The ingredients:

·       garlic

·       salt

·       green small chili (cabe rawit), as you like - spicy or not

·       minced peanut

·       soya bean ketchup

·       vermicelli

·       bean sprout

·       lontong or ketupat (rice steamed inside banana leaves or young coconut leaves)

·       fried tofu

·       kerupuk (traditional crackers)

The taste is sweet or can be spicy, if you like.

CREPES Vendor
The peanut and the garlic taste are usually stronger than other ingredients.

CREPES

It can be said that CREPES is new snack sold in my neighborhood, maybe it has been for one or two years. Usually it is sold in the afternoon from 3 until 6 PM. Children really like this snack. The difference with the real "CREPES" sold in malls is this one is very thin and the filling is less. The price is Rp1500,- - Rp3000,-. The choices of the filling are:

·       banana

·       chocolate rice

·       milk

·       cheese

·       peanut butter

We can combine two or three fillings from above.
