What a Birthday... :o)
This day started at around 8am with letting my cat out and spending a little time on TB..then at 9am I started baking the cake (the worlds best!! not because I made it, but it's really called that)
The cake was done by 11am and I went upstairs and changed into gymclothes. Headed to the gym and worked out for an hour. ( I think that's a great way to start your B'day...lol)
When I was done at the gym, I went home, took a shower and started cleaning the house. Geez.. have to clean before the whole family's coming...that's unheard of... phew. ;o))
I was done about an hour before they came, so I had some time to chill and trying to get back at all the great people here on TB who sent be Birthday greetings. It was overwhelming how many of you that sent me greetings, and it truly made my day. Love you guys..
My family came at 4.30pm and we had a great time. Ate a lot of cake and talked and lauged. It was so nice that my Aunt wanted to come too.
The kids were fooling around and made us all laugh out loud. My nephew Patrick has the wildest imagination and tells all kinds of funny stories. Like he was going to Nepal to fight in the war and stuff... he's such a great kid.
My brother helped mow the lawn ( also a nice thing to do on a Birthday...hahaha). Had some trouble with mower but got it to work after an hour or so... we took turns though. First my brother, then Patrick, then me and finally my brother again.. but we had a fun time doing it, so it was all good.
They all left at 7.30pm and I got some time on TB and also watch some television before I said nite, nite. I must say it was one of the best Birthdays I've ever had... probably because I got to spend it with my loved ones. :o)))
