Mysterious moon...
I find the moon both mysterious and beautiful, and tonight it was also a bit strange....
By coinsidence I looked out and got a glimps of the moon just hanging a bit over the treetops. I thought it was so beautiful and found my cam and shot some pics of it.
Then I went back in and spent some time on the computer. After about 20 minutes, my Mom called... have you seen the moon, she asked. I said I had, wondering why she asked me about the moon. It's not like she calls me and talks about the moon every now and then... lol...
But then she said; "it's almost gone". I was thinking how weird that was, since I had just been out and it was almost full.
So with my Mom on the phone I looked out, and she was right. In just a short time, it had nearly dissapeard.
I went back out with my cam and shot some more pics of an ever smaller moon... or rather, the moon stays the same size, but the shone was almost gone... :o)
(As it is very dificult to hold a camera totally still, some of the pictures turned out pretty funny... lol )
Had I checked the internet myself, I would have found that there were indeed something about the lunar eclipse... oh well, the most important thing is that I got some nice pics of it all.. :o))
