We arrived in Porto
Actually, Mercedes arrived around noon and found our hostel and then went to the beach to wait for my arrival. I arrived around 22 o`clock and took a metro, Mercedes was waiting for me at the metro station. It was really great to see her! We only meet once a year....
The Black and White hostel in Porto was not so black and white:) and the room of 8 where we were supposed to be, was instead the room of 10! And the staff was not friendly at all... We changed and went out to eat and drink near the river. We found a lovely place and tried portwine of course, I took a salad, but Mercedes tried a fish (cod fish). She loved it.
The streets in Porto were narrow, dark and uphill and we had trouble in finding the river at first, but we found it and also arrived back to the hostel safely. All others were already sleeping in our room.
