Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort Hotel Phoenix

I stayed at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs in Oct of 2007 with 2 friends for a spa/shopping trip. The resort was beautiful and the staff was absolutely fantastic, typically going above and beyond what the situation called for. For instance, we had a lighting fixture in our room that started smoking when we turned it on (they had just put in new energy efficient fixtures apparently), and the maintenance staff that came to check on us, proceeded to help us pack all of our things and moved our bags to our new room (and we got a $50 credit for our trouble). We had a great trip and would definitely go back.
We had dinners at both the Mediterranean and Mexican/Southwestern restaurants during our stay, and both were excellent.
Not exactly the perfect place for young singles but would be fantastic for a small group looking for a low-pressue, relaxing trip.
