Everybody that knows me well knows that when ever i've got somthing in my head i will do that, some times it works some times it won't.
Clearly this was a time when it did not work. i did not really prepare for my jouney to venice i thought there would be lots of hostels(that i checked) and that they where easely reconiseble. I went ot the tourist office to get a list of hostels they had 4 hostels. yeah right i thouhgt en went on my way after an hour or so i got the message check the book so i did i went to the nearest hostel and it was full. So 2 hours after i arrived i cheked in to a hotel 5 min walk from the train station (point taken)
P.s. it was raining like crazy glad i found an umbrella in the train to venice other whise i would have been soaking wet.
After checking in i went to explore venice the great thing about venice you can't get lost there are only a couple of bridges and if you keep track on with island you are you realy can't get lost. It ws raining the rest of the day. So i was glad to have found the umbrella. But venice is really a beautifull city. It got even better the next day the sun had decided to shine :) . Then venice is even better looking with all the collors of the houses coming even more to life. I got in a full day of seightseeing with all the beautifull buildings around san marco square and the rialto bridge. I did go out of the touristic area and ventured out in the area were the locals live that is even more stunnig there you have got no touristic shops that polute the area. Just the small canals and alleys that go on for ever. Just amazing, i sat down at the steps in front of the train station and watched the world go by for an hour or so. Venice is a bustling place full of life and i will return here for sure one day.
still no pictures cant get them uploaded yet.
