Mackinaw City KOA

We did not start this day very well.  My step-daughter got sick all over our friends' carpet!  They were prepared with a professional carpet cleaner since they have 2 indoor dogs and just recently built this home.  We headed to Mackinaw City, Michigan after we were sure no more puking would occur but we did come armed with several grocery sacks just in case! 

We camped at the KOA in Mackinaw City.  It was a fairly nice campground.  One piece of advice, get your grocery shopping done before you visit this town.  I probably payed almost double for groceries at the local IGA. 

We built a campfire and had an early bedtime!
