I never had the idea to go to Ukraine, but I saw a travel program on tv about it which made me decide to visit the country. It turned out that there are multiple flights a day directly to Kiev from Amsterdam, time to go :)

Vorontsov's Palace

We had already seen ships going east and west from Yalta, but we didn't know where they were going. The first one we took ended up going to Alupka. We saw Vorontsov's Palace which has a beatiful setting and gardens along the coast. A must-see.
