Buenos Aires Travel Blog › entry 68 of 136 › view all entries

Starting in September I will be travelling around a large fraction of the world - USA,South America, New Zealand and Australia, then onto Bangkok and a great big circle around Laos Vietnam Cambodia and then to Hong Kong for the final leg through China. Phew. Please comment on my photos or even on my incredible lack of ability of proof reading (all the typos)

Walking round the cemetry

Had a late start for a change (not), said bye to Liz and Shiona the two ils who had been volunteering in the school earlier. Went with James the new guy to Recoleta where we started our walking tour. We started in teh REcoleta cemetry saw plenty of faous dead peoples graves as well as Evita and San Martins wife (google them) and some other intresting dead people. Like the miserable coule with theri statues facing opposite irections, the gilr wh owas burined alive (the first time round obviously) and some other leaky tombs which noone is arsed to clean, leading to many dleapited and gloomy museaums. Ater that we wlaked and saw a giant metal flower and loads more houses and old stuff and new stuff. Plenty of hisroy exlained by the guide about Peron as well. In the evenign me and James went for steak. Steak again.

I was sharing with three mice and a parakeet, which was only there to interpret for the mice.

Which one? Was it nice? Did it have leg and head room, or was it a sharing one?
