In the morning we were met in the lobby by Kelly, she took us to the local market where we saw all the fresh fruit and vegetables and all the fresh meat as well! From there we went down to the Yanghou cooking school. Kelly was a fantastic teacher and we cooked some delicious meals from dumplings, to teamed chicken to stir fry pork and vegetables, and were then able to eat it all!. Back to the hotel where we had a bus taking us back to Guilin. From there we took a train to Liuzhou. the train was some what of an experience " the train was incredibly crowded " with 5 seats per row. When we got to Lizhou stopped off in probably the grottiest restaurant I have ever seen " but then this is probably common in this part of the world, stuff dripping off the walls " a disgusting floor unclean tables " but I still ate something there any way.
Someone in the group told us about the “discussion” they had with one of the people on the train, who was very educated and was surprised at some of the answers he gave. From there we made our way to the train station for another sleeper to Yichang
annoyingly someone from the group as we boarder was pick pocketed, as soon as the train got going they turned the lights off so we were all stumbling round in the dark trying not to get any thing stolen on beds that were incredibly narrow " hmm I think the first train set our expectations and this train dashed them miserably " alas managed to fall a sleep.
