A visit to Madrid

Almost 3 months ago i visited this city for a few days. In these days i visited the main tourist attractions like the Palacio Real, the Cathedral and of course the Museo del Prado. Everyone who loves art have to go see it. It's amazing and it has art of almost every European country in it's collection. I also visited a cloister in the center of Madrid. It wasn't allowed to make pictures unfortunately, because it was really nice with a lot of frescos on the walls. You can only visit the place with a guide so you'll learn a lot about the cloister. For people who like to shop, Madrid is great. Of course you'll find the El Corte Ingles shops where you can find everything you need, but there are also small boutiques in Madrid. Out of the center, you'll find the Calle Serano, a very chique shopping street. Shops like Armani and Louis Vuitton are located here. Having dinner in Madrid is great. Usually, you don't order a starter and a main course but you order a couple of small dishes that will be served at the same time and that you eat together with the persons you visited the place with. So you can eat a little of everything. Most of the time people drink wine with it, so that's good! When you're in Madrid on a Sunday, you should have breakfast in a coffeebar like the locals. They eat sticks that taste like pancakes then, which they put in fluid chocolate before. Really nice! All together, a trip to Madrid is really worth it!
