Ristorante Sapore di Mare

I really love fish and fish is great in Liguria so i had to visit a fish restaurant so we went to this restaurant. For the ones that don't like fish, like my boyfriend, they also serve some nice meat dishes! We liked the carpaccio di manzo for example. It's not very special but it's nice. But you really have to order fish here! Yummmmm! I ordered grilled langoustes. They served it on a grill which is great because they stayed hot that way. I really liked it. We had dinner on the terrace which was nice. You have a nice view on the promenade from here. The restaurant is not very expensive and for that reason, tourists will be here as well so it looks very touristic too. The atmosphere isn't really romantic but it's ok to have dinner here.

We booked this hotel to relax a bit after our visit to Rome. Rapallo is a nice village where italians spend their holiday. Their are no other tourists actually. What we liked most about the place and the hotel was that is was very close to the Cinque Terre and to the beautiful village Portofino. The hotel itself was average in everything. It was just ok but not very special. The rooms were spacious but not luxury. The staff didn't speak english or any other language then italian. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but they said that only bread and jelly were served there! What we did like very much was that the hotel had its own parking and we really liked the view from the terrace on the roof! See the picture for that!

I will never forget this restaurant because of the location and because of the dish of my boyfriend. The restaurant is located on the promenade near the sea and the terrace is on there too. It was really romantic to have dinner there, watching the sea and moon and enjoying great dishes. I ordered shrimps and they were ok but the steak with cheese of my boyfriend was one of the best dishes i've ever had. Desert was great as well: a perfect panna cotta. It was great to have dinner in this restaurant. The one thing i didn't like was that the waiters weren't very nice...
