OK this is the most important list of course. This is what travel is all about. FYI- I'm a fan of the dark stuff... it's like a vitamin (the new Vitamin C)

1. Antwerp, Belgium- Many traditional chocolate shops with fantastic chocolate. The city is not too touristy so you can be assured of its quality.

2. Bruges, Belgium- Chocolate shops are a dime a dozen here due to all of the tourists. Still the odds are with you that some of them will be of high quality. The idyllic setting makes the ambrosia more pleasant and there is a nice Chocolate museum.

3. Lucerne, Switzerland- Sorry Swiss I must confess I prefer Belgian  chocolate. Lucerne is a great spot to have a comparison though.

4. Salzburg, Austria- Maybe its proximity to Switzerland has influenced the chocolate here, which is considerably better than in Vienna.

5. Hershey, Pennsylvania- I know many people knock Hershey's chocolate (including me), but in this town your senses are overwhelmed by chocolate. How can this be a bad thing?
