The first day in Leeuwarden en Sneek!

I started my day urlie in the morning.... I went shopping for foods and drinks already and it was not always easy, because you don,t know the TB people at all a during one or more meet-ups before! It was so great to know that Brett was picking the international people up in Amsterdam.... such a sweetheart doning that and driving up for them from Leiden in the morning! The morning waws not stressfull, but relaxing, because the people came later on the day! I went to the VVV that friday for the latest information and I got a call from Brett that he was there! I was nearby the "Oranje van Eden" hotel so I went there when Matt and Brett were checking in... Yokim was resting at the Campanile hotel..... Londenstudent was also doing his thing in Leeuwarden. I went to the VVV with Brett and Matt and later one we went for the best Icecream to -12 a bigg icecreamtent with the best jmmy icecream in Friesland.
Later on we picked up few more! The weather was great and sunny.... Most of the other TB members we were meeting at the Waag(gggggggg) It,s a old building in the Hart of Leeuwarden, it,s a great meet-up point, because it,s a in the hart of Leeuwarden and everybody from Leeuwarden know that building.... "De Waag" is the oldest building in Friesland and it,s from the year 1598! Later on I meet-up with Yokim and he is from Spain and we went for a drink at the place were I was planning to go saterday afther the Humpreys diner! We hang out a while and at 7 PM we went to the meet-up point the Waagggggggg.
Las Tapas diner!
I have rent the relaxing lounge side of the Tapas Restaurant! I realy love the Tapas a lot! Las Tapas is a litle bit of Spain in the old Oosterstraat in Leeuwarden (Friesland). They have Tapas with meat, fish and vegetarian Tapas! Tapas is eating small dishes end a trent nowdays everywere!
I feel in Spain when I,m out there! When we came in the restaurant we dronk most sangeria and that was very jummie! I was picking peole up when I was there! Edwin, Sanne, Femke, Mickey and my sweet friend Rowena came stright to the restaurant! Also Brett was very helpfull to pick some up.
Sneekweek opening!
Afther we had diner we went to the cars and went to Sneek a 30 minute drive with the car! Brett and Vanhalme as Edwin were very helpfull drive also with me up to the bigg event opening.... We went there with 10 people and I was with Brett in the car! I did not had me driving lincice with me and with cops there, it was not a smart thing to do, but Brett was also saying that we are fin with two cars! Rowena went by herself, because it was easier for her to get home that evening.
The fireworks was so great and beautifull, great music in the background... It took like 10 minutes, but it was wonderfull to see! Afther that we went inside the hart of Sneek.... We went to the Kermis... and it was busy.. I lost a few, but we found each other back afther calling eachother! I,m soooooo glad that I did not went to Sneek during the "sneekweek" with the bigg group of around the 30 people hahahahaha, that came saterday.

It,s very morden and new place and it have great service! You can,t miss this icecream if you are comming to Friesland in the Netherlands.... It,s in Leeuwarden, Sneek, Harlingen and on the iceland Vlieland..... You will love it... During my Friesland meet-up I went for icecream with a small group and everybody loved it very much... They had six small icsballes as a tryout and supprice for only 2 euro.... For two bigg normal balls yu pay 1.80,- euro.... I luv it!

It,s not expencive.. The first TB members went in for 110,- euro for two persons for two nights! That,s like a Hostel price in Amsterdam, so be quick if you going to book this hotel..... It,s high of the list becaust te friendy helping people working there, you have free internet...
The hotel has its own parking garage, which has a limited number of parking spaces. The costs are €1 an hour, with a maximum of €8.50 a day. It is not possible to make a reservation in advance.
You can have breakfast from 7Pm til 10Pm during the week and during the weekends from 8 til 11 in the morning! The rooms are non-smoking and are equipped with a comfortable bed, a private shower and toilet, Pay-TV with in-house movies, a radio, and a telephone with a wake-up service. Until July 1st 2008 you can still smoke in the bar, the restaurant and the lobby. You can have a great diner out here I have seem for good quality! Sooooooo for the next meet-up, be carefull and fast with booking, because the ones who were there were very positive about it!
