Last week I had really nice thanksgiving dinner with about half of my school. Everybody brought a dish so there was tons of food. My friend and I made 15 lbs of mashed potatoe and attempted to bake a cake in my toaster—it baked a bit weird… but everythings edible when its made of chocolate right?
I’ve also still been tutoring at the center for children of Ethiopian immigrants.
This past weekend I went to Rosh Hanikrah with some friends. Rosh Hanikrah is this really beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking the mediteranean and the town of nehiriya. IT is full of gratos and caves carved out by rain water. They’ve turned it into quite the tourist attraction with interactive movies that blwo wind in your face for special effect and the worlds steepest cable ride- which lasts about 11 seconds. As far as classes go, I have been busy with papers and mid term exams… I can’t believe I am down to my last month. So weird. Well, I hope everyone is doing well and had a nice thanksgiving.
