The most important attractions to see in Bangkok are the budhist temples....they are amazing! Our guide Manit takes us to visit the most popular since we're staying only one day in Bangkok. The names of these temples are very complicate so I don't remember all of them, one it's the wat traimit(the temple of gold Buddha) where you can find the biggest Buddha's gold statue in the world. These temples and also the area around The Royal Palace are sacred,so before entring you have to take off your shoes, and your clothes have to be decorous. It's very easy to find monks walking around or praying....

All the atmosphere is very suggestive in these places, there is a calm and a sense of harmony even if they are crowed.

After a long day spent walking in Bangkok we finally come back to the hotel to eat a typical thai dinner.I've never eaten thai food before,it's (in my opinion) a combination of chinese and indian food,it's very spicy,I really liked it.After dinner we decided to go out for a walk in the Bangkok night, but unfortunately it started raining,so we spent the rest of the night in the hall of the hotel, drinking something and listening to thai music played by two cute thai girls with wonderful and traditional gold clothes.

After a long, long, long flight, finally we arrive at Bangkok. It's a warm and humid morning(well for me it's still midnight....)our local guide Manit pick us up at the airport, to take us to the hotel before starting the visit of the city. He's wearing a yellow t-shirt,and later we will see many thailand people wearing it,this is because the Queen's birthday is coming and to celebrate it everybody wears this t-shirt which has the Royal Family's shield.Bangkok is a very caotic city,in the streets you can see many cars and tuk-tuk(a kind of  moto -cycle),people cooking and eating, skyscrapers next to slums....a place very strange and full of contradictions but fascinating at the same time. However, our hotel is so beautiful...so elegant even if not so asian. The thailand people are very kind, from the hostesses on the plane to the hotel staff and the people in the streets,They have this cute way of sayng hello,a kind of bow with the hands linked together,it's called wadi(if I remember well)...I really liked it!
