The next day we left our sleeping town Visalia for San Francisco. Before coming there, it was time for our last national park. 250 kilometres east of San Francisco is Yosemite, known of its high waterfalls, mountains and big ancient trees. The park was very big and absolutely amazing. You can spend days here, walking in this overwhelming nature. We visited the Bridalveil waterfall, El Capitan and had a magnificent view over the Valley.
After the bus tour with various views it was time for a walk. The trees are amazingly high and smell great. We spend an afternoon there, which really is too short, we have just see a glimb of this park. No wonder this park is on the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The photo's say enough, I think......
Late in the afternoon it was time to go to San Francisco. In SF we came when it was allready dark, but we could not resist a walk and a fish dinner at the Fisherman's Wharf. It was a bit a say goodbeye dinner .... tomorrow the last full day in SF, and every group could go their won way! And than we saw SF by night near by the Oakland bridge.
