About that weekend break to Stockholm in August

what about it?

Well, I was just thinking. Do we really need to fly there? I mean, it's such a hassle, with you living in Groningen and all. That would mean you'd have to come down to my place the day before, spend the night here, then next morning we have to get to the airport, that's like an hours travel, plus two hours in advance check-in. Then an hour and a half flight, and then we have to get to the city from Stockholm airport... that's almost the entire first day gone already and such an incredible hassle.

So what are you suggesting?

Well, if you look at the map... then it would somewhat make sense to drive, wouldn't it? I mean, if instead of you coming over to my place, I drive to your house after work and we're practically halfway there already!
