The Summary
San Miguel de Allende is a magical place in Colonial Mexico. It is at a very high altitude, so has a wonderful climate. The city is hundreds of years old and feels like you are stepping back in time. It has a lively artist and ex-pat community, giving it a very cosmopolitan feel. I also got to see the World's largest collection of Tequila, as certified by the Guiness World Records organization!
