becak will take you to the pear
One of the beauty of travelling is you always want to experience the sunrise. So did we! We woke up really early (well thanks wooden walls, we could hear our next door heheh). Thanks to Lukito who knocked on me and christine room, making sure that we've waken up already. Than we had breakfast. Sabby is really having hard time with heavy breakfast. We had white rice, with pepes ikan (marinated fish, covered with leaves and steamed), fried crunchy fish and veggies.

Than we left wisma apung to the shore. There were around 5 becaks ready to take us to the pear. We even had becak riding competition hehehe. Got the pear, this time we took a longer boat to take us back. Since the one that we used the first time was not avaible on weekdays. We took the boat to Jepara.
view over the wisma apung! Ahhh don't you just love the it here :D
We've managed to get to the vip section (seriously..if you take this boat, take the vip one it only cost you 50.000 IDR, rather than sacrificing 6 hours of your trip with cramped people and no ac). This boat was better than the first one, since it moved slow so we didnt have motion sickness.

We arrived at Jepara around 3pm and a driver with mini bus was already standing by for us (see told you to take Pak Joko package, he will arrange everything for you!). The trip from Jepara (known as furniture city in Java) to semarang by car was around 3 hours. We got to Semarang train station around sunset. Peggy had to buy the tickets back (since the rest of us already had ours). But we had to say goodbye to Saby. He was going back to Jogja with the minibus.
ahh can we stay a bit longer? pleasee...
So long mister..See you around :D

Than we rent angkot again to take us to down town. First stop was the street famous for traditional eggrolls called lumpia. ALong with coconut cake called wingko babat. We took a quick stopped to by some stuff for our family back home. The lumpias cost around 3500 IDR/pieces or you can buy 6500 IDR/pieces for bigger one. The wingko babat was around 7500IDR for 20 pieces (for small ones).

After that we took a ride to simpang lima to had dinner. We choose this small food kios. There was a friendly lady who had all these traditional food infront of us. You can have nasi ayam (chicken curry rice) or nasi pecel (rice with veggies and peanut sauce). The food was delicious and the price was affordable. It only cost us around 10.000 IDR included 1 teh botol.

Than we went back to the station.
Remember the old buildings in front of the river or dam by the station? Well at nite they offered you different atmosphere, with the lights and everything. Of course another kodak time.  After freshned up we went back to the small warung beside the train station, we asked the owner to watchout for our bags while we went away for buying food. They were really nice :D

around 8pm, our train came. Ahhh it's time to say adios to the wonderful experience!!

See you on the next destination of heaven on earth :D
