Conch Fritters was good. The ambiance very island-like, and service great. We did have the conch fritters, which were delicious. They had more conch in the fritters than any of the other conch fritters we had had on this trip. Conch fritters are served with a delicious thousand-island-type dressing, and I am still looking for a restaurant in Atlanta that can come close to the Bahamian version of the original conch fritters. My main dish, the jerk chicken, was a little spicy and a little sweet, just like a real jerk should be. Plantains were sweet and juicy. I do like the Island food!
With a pina colada (for me), and a Kalik light (for Pat), we raised our drinks to another great trip and another wonderful experience. I can't wait until I get to come back to Nassau! Now it's time to exit the time warp called vacation and appear at your house again and wonder how did the last 5 days manage to go so damn fast.
