Alone at last!

My friend was flying north of Spain to visit some family, while I had a flight to Madrid, and then another one to get to Porto, Portugal.
We woke up at 5 o'clock to get to the airport together...
Althought, I enjoyed very much being with the gang... it was nice to be on my own. My own adventure was about to begin!
At noon, local time, I arrived at Porto's airport. I was anxious to meet my host. She was supposed to wait for me there, but after an hours of walking around I finally called her to realize that we had misunderstood each other... This was a good thing since it gave me the opportunity to try Porto's Subway and have a view of the city! I enjoy it!
I finally got to meet her. What a nice person! She is exactly the kind of person who reminds you to never loose faith in humanity! It's always a bit stressful to go to a foreign country to meet a stranger...but they still are good and trustworthy people out there!!! She is definitly one of them!
She met me at the subway. We walked to her house. There, she fed me. Gave me a bedroom (her room) and the keys to her house. Then, she offered to show me around town.
