The next morning I get up early - again. I need to wait for a 7 am pickup to go to Honda Bay. Time goes by - and no pick up arrives. It turns out they have cancelled the daytrip because of bad whether. Great. Maybe they could have done this already the day before and called to tell me they had done this so I did not have to get up and wait for a pickup. But this did not cross their minds at the tour agency.
I guess it
is time for some alternative planning - what to do instead. First of all - get
MY money back. So I take of on the way there I see a girl returning. She had
just left for the airport this morning. What is she doing here? It turns out
she has been going to the airport and there she was told that all planes where
cancelled because there was a typhoon in
It is a nice little place and there are lots of butterflies. Apparently they only live for 2-3 weeks so every day they need to come in with new butterflies to replace the once dieing. When I am there they come in with a few new once which can not fly because they have just gotten out of there cocoon. They still need a few hours to harden the wing before they will take off and fly around for the next few weeks.
back in the evening to the pension I finally succeed. I manage to go out to
dinner - the first time on this trip.
