Ok so the night prior to departure date we are both sitting on the balcony in the dark, with some kind of pay per view porn thing on the tv, we never actually bought any, but watching the half naked ladies dance was funny, it was the Hisaranu carnival the next day so we decided to stay in and get some sleep. Im allergic to wasps, and I have seen and heard the gigantic wasps they have in the medditerranian, so when I heard what I thought was a wasp hiss as i took a step back, i made joey put a glass over it and shut the door up for the night, scared as a baby on halloween, in the dark, when their parents are out..... after watching IT the clown.
Waking up the next day and realising it was a bloody great stag beatle of some kind was a releif!! Although the hissing was worrying.
We were rapidly running out of money, so we decided to spend it all on a memorial tattoo of the hoiday, hahahaha. we went into Hisaranu as the carnival was setting up, and stroled into the black cat tatto studo, the man there did a very good job as we listened to Turkish pop music blaring out from subs that made the road shake. A small star in red to represent the countries flag was the tatt of choice, as Joey had never had one before it was funny winding him up about the pain. Muahahahaha!!!!!!!
Finally the day of reckoning was upon us, flying home hungry with no money... we didnt go to sleep before, as our flight was early morning. Tommy and ozzy waved us off as we waited for the bus with them. Luckily I found some change in my pocket, enough to buy an in flight meal for both of us, bargain!!! returning to the drizzly uk was a let down of massive proportions, but this was just a warm up for some amazing trips planned in the near future!!!
