Little roadtrip
After a heavy weekend, less sleep and activities like Devi’s 23th birthday party, Keien Meeting (big athletic match) and my granddad 80th birthday party, I had to pack my back on Monday morning. It was a bit stress, but I packed (almost) everything.
Around half past nine Joël (my travel buddy) arrive and we start packing the car. In 20 minutes everything was packed and we said goodbye to my dad (I said earlier goodbye to my two sisters and my mum) We almost left, when we realised that the CD player wasn’t filled with the best cd’s for this trip. We fixed it and put ‘Another Day’ from Racoon, ‘Songs about Jane’ from Maroon 5, ‘Parade of the Atletics’ from Tiësto, ‘Chariot’ from Gavin DeGraw and ‘War’ + ‘How to dismantle an atomic bomb’ from U2 in the cd changer.
And so we started our little road trip.
Around one o’clock we entered Luxembourg and the highways were over. From now on it was only local roads, but the landscape was beautiful. We drove from little town to little town to Clerveux. A nice city. In Maulusmühle, a little city near Clerveux, we found our little camping site for the coming 5 days.
The rest of the day we chilled, cook the best spaghetti ever (Yeah, in my dreams ;P), discovered Clerveux by bike and listen to the trains which drove by every twenty minutes on the railroad near the camping site. But the weather is nice, the area magnificent and Bono is singing ‘Beautiful Day’. So, an incredible start of these 10 days in Luxemburg.
