Alex and I waiting to head to Baleo Beach.

At 6am the girls came crashing into the room and jumped into bed to sleep off their drunkeness. We all snoozed into lunchtime when I finally got up, waking the others and went downstairs from breakfast. Pablos mother had cooked us a feast! There was the Seafood salad, chicken shchnitzels and home made chips. For me she fried up some eggs which I had with the chips. For the others who were a little worse for wear it was heaven. They gulped back the water and coffee and slowly chewed on their food. Lauro was finally settling down after having quite a big night himself. Sounds like they had fun but I didn't regret not going, I'd had damn good sleep!

We were then off to Pablo's favourite beach, Baleo beach, a beautiful little cove that offered protection from any rough seas.

Baleo beach :)
Pablo took us in 2 car trips and soon we were overlooking a Baleo, excited to get down to the water. We had a wander and explored around the rocks and little bays. Ben played photographer as Lori, Ruby and I had a million photos taken. It really was a great spot - not a tourist (bar us) in sight. Where the tide had gone out it left little pools that families could let their children play in and the beach itself offered some decent waves to bodysurf in. Wish I'd had a waterproof camera for this part!!

After our swim we all hung around sunbaking, sleeping, going off for little walks and chillin out in general. Lori had fun making her sand figurines which Alex had fun smashing.. haha. Soon it was time to go home, we were all getting a little hungry and were keen to hit the pubs for one last night out in Cedeira!

We had some food, got dressed and headed to the pub that had internets.

This, is the life!
We checked our emails, something I hadn't done in ages and started drinking. Then we went to another smaller bar which was pretty much empty except for us. But the drinks were cheapers, the tequilla of better quality and so we did a few rounds. Soon we were getting pretty tipsy and I'm not sure what made the evening so great, possibly just coz it was our last in Cedeira and the following day held an 8 hour bus trip back to Madrid. So we had a good laugh that night in the bar, going back over all the fun we'd had in the last 9 days and what Madrid would be like. None of us wanted to leave Cedeira, but we had the Madrid meet-up to go to, and more places to see. We got back to Pablo's and crashed for the night,  not looking forward to the goodbyes in the morning!
