Leaving Chesterfield, going back home...

What a beginning of the day... Our train was about to leave at 7.40am, so Marc and me decided to wake up around 6.15am... I put my alarmclock at 6am and Marc put his on 6.15am... So then, what happened at 6am my alarmclock didn't went off and I was like how come? Then at 6.15am Marc's alarmclock did went off... BUT the reason that mine didn't went off yet, was because mine was set in the UK time (remember in Holland it's 1 hour in advance) So at 6.15am Marc and me woke up and finding out later that is was 5.15am UK time, THANK YOU MARC! :( So I woke up way too early and I couldn't sleep anymore, then finally at 6am UK time, I was already finished with showering and packing my bags... Imagine that normally I'm never able to do this so early in the morning and now I did. Well anyway, we were still in a hurry to catch our train but thanks to Wayne we made it!
At the trainstation, there was Audrey! She went with us back to London in the same train, so we still could say goodbye to her and have her company in the train! :D Then we said goodbye to Wayne and also with Wayne, I know I'll be seeing him again soon! So in the train to London, it's a 2 hour travel again we all were a bit sleepy and we talked a bit about everything what happened during the weekend and some other stuff.
It was a bumpy trainride and Steph let us write in her traveldiary, which wasn't that convenient... I hope you can see what I wrote haha! Some more picture taking in the train with our sleepy heads and once we arrived in London, Audrey had to go straight to work and she brought us to the underground. Steph asked us to join her to go and get some food at Victoria and see Buckingham Palace for a while... Then we had to say goodbye to Audrey and once again, I'll be seeing you again girl! So then it was the 3 of us...
I really didn't liked the London underground, because it was really I don't know the English word but fuggy or sweltering? Just the smell in that underground or something like that.
While walking towards Buckingham Palace, we found the telephone booths where of course we had to pose (This one is for you Yur) haha... It was a nice experience though, being in London now for real which I really didn't expect to happen soon but now it did and also spending my first real time in UK in the place called Chesterfield!
At Buckingham Palace, it was so crowded with people, because the family was home? I don't really know what was going on, but we had to keep on walking and there was sooo many people.
When we arrived at the underground station, it was time to say goodbye to Steph and only Marc and me would be left over the Dutchies as they called us haha... So I know I will catch Steph somewhere again :)
Then something happened, Marc and me didn't understood a thing about the underground and when we would take this underground it, we had to stop over to get back to St. Pancras. We decided to walk back to Victoria which was better, because I knew how to get back from there... After a while we arrived at Victoria and we took back the underground to St. Pancras, then we had to buy some traintickets to get back to Luton Airport...
Of course, when arriving there our flight was DELAYED! So we still had enough time and while waiting we listened some music and joked around a bit.
I really remember this UK Chesterfield meet up as a memorable one which I shared with great people and I hope there will be lots of meet ups like this coming up! Thank you guys for the great drunken weekend!
