I'm a grad student in conflict resolution, and for school, I attended a UN conference on conflict resolution and negotiation techniques. Afterward, a delegation of us students went on a goodwill peacekeeping tour of Israel/Palestine in order to put some of these new skills to practice.

Our all-too-brief stay in Na'alin had to come to an end, naturally.  The next morning we traveled into Bethlehem proper once again, this time to actually take in some of the famous sites.  We spent the morning exploring the Church of the Nativity as well as the city's various markets and bazaars before heading off for a meeting in Hebron in the afternoon.
