Our last full day :(

            I guess I really over did it yesterday because I didn’t get out of bed until almost lunch time! I never sleep in, so Lena was a bit worried about me, but I was ok, just very tired.

The storm that made such nice waves for us yesterday was getting closer and the surf was very rough. My nieces went down to the beach, but they said it was too rough to swim, so the laid out a bit then came back. We all decided not to go back to Broadway on the Beach today and Margaritaville. The girls were going to go shopping at some nearby shops, so the rest of us just hung out and enjoyed our last full day swimming in the pool and watching the big waves pound the beach. Lunch was pretty much eating what ever we could so there would not be anything to throw out tomorrow.

Tonight Wes is cooking steaks on the grill. Lena and I do not eat much beef, so we opted for pork chops. Everyone eating together was very nice a good last meal of our vacation together.

After dinner, we walked to the beach to check out the large waves the storm was churning up. After it got dark, it was time to head back to the house to play some cards and attempted to finish off the beer, and the Tequila. It was a fun night, and the Tequila did get finished off, but there was still a lot of beer that was going to go back to Maryland!
