It's really nice to be chatting with Porsche and his siblings, Benz and Turbo. Yes, named after automobiles. ain't that cool. And since i have a coffee shop too of my own, we had a lot to talk about. I can say that i've actually made friends with them. They're the coolest, I even got to meet their dad whose gonna arrange diving lessons for me the next time I am in thailand, because it's cheaper in thailand than in the philippines to learn diving.
At the lobby I met mark who has been staying at lub D the past few days (met him at the TB seafood market/resto meetup), he was just waiting for his flight to India. It's nice to see a familiar face in a new surrounding. After checking in, I went out to meet my friend from back home, Alman who I had lunch with at MK in Siam Square. They have good roast duck by the way! Alman also has a flight back to manila in a few hours so after accompanying him to buy a new digital camera at Paragon we parted ways.
After lunch I had to go back to HQ since I forget my laundry there, but before picking it up i made another round along silom. By 5 PM i grew tired of the getting wet and to avoid all the people in silom i hired a tuktuk to take me around back to HQ. of course with a price... 200 baht for a few minutes on the tuktuk. oh well, nevermind, the point is i didn't have to wade thru the sea of people at silom.
Night time i just went to do more laundry at Lub D.
