Anyway, in the morning we immediately went to Chatuchak Weeked market. I haven't been here in years. It still looks the same. The stalls are probably still the same ones when i last went there... and of course the pet section is still there. I never really manage to go around the whole area. That's quite a challenge for me. Even this time around. We only spent an hour or two in the market. It was scorching! I really can't stand the heat anymore.
By lunch time we checked out of Reflections Rooms. sad. :( And we headed back to Silom Area. This time around, Baan Saladaeng. It more or less has the same concept as Reflections, but there are fewer rooms and the rooms in Reflections are way more cool! The room we booked for the night was the Medittereanean Sky Penthouse.
We arrived at the hotel, where Vaness was waiting for us. After a hike up 6 flights of stairs to reached our room, we quickly freshened up and then headed on to Wat Pho. Now really what's the point of showering when you're gonna sweat again in a few minutes.
It rained on us at Wat Pho. Boohoo. We originally planned on watching the sunset at Wat Arun, but since it rained we just went back to Silom.
In the evening, there was a TB meetup at Gazebo in Khao San, but my friend Candy invited us to Shamrock. I thought we could make it to both meetings but, when we got to Gazebo the rest of the TBs have moved on to RCA.
