In the summer of 2006 I had the opportunity to travel, so I decided to do it. (You only live once) Here are some notes I took along the way to remember what happened. I took photos with a 35mm camera, so they are mostly crumby, but there are a few nice ones.

Got hair gel
Booked hostel at internet cafe
Walked by Centre Pompidou
Lunch in the park with mozzarella and baguette (this was really good)
Walked up Montmartre to Sacré-Cœur Basilica
Went by the obelisk in Place de la Concorde
Went by La Colonne Vendôme in Place Vendôme
Found our way to that little square on Rue Mouffetard that Adam had been to before. This is now my favourite spot in Paris, and I would later visit it in November.
We smoked too much shisha in the shop near here (somehow we each ended up with our own water pipe)
Then we caught a night train to Irun.
