For many of you out there, the idea of flying to another continent for a long weekend might sound a little nuts. But when you're in the "business" (airline business) you get a lot of opportunities. My buddy Rey and I decided to take advantage of our perks and headed to Prague from Austin, Texas via Dallas and Frankfurt. We got there late due to bad weather in Germany, but made the most of it. Getting our apartments was a breeze and we settled in for a good nights rest after traveling all day. Being  it was February, we got lucky for the most part with the local weather. The morning brought a gorgeous but crisp day and allowed for most of our photo opportunities. As you can see from the photos, the sky was amazingly blue! We played tourist most the day. Taking in the sites and even some music at the Church of St. Salvator (highly recommended!). This trip has just to relax, no agenda. We went to a couple clubs in the evening and found plenty of places to find a whiskey or two to keep us warm! The next couple days were overcast but we still got out and tried to see how the Czech half lived. All and all it was a great trip and finding our apartments to our liking was really something to come back for.

To tell you the truth Aerynn, it was just an incredibly gorgeous day! I was using my (at the time) new Olympus Stylus 740. It has 7.1 megs and a 5X zoom. Great little camera!

Lovely photos! What do you use for photography? The saturation on the photos almost reminds me of shooting slide film.
