Salisbury - England, United Kingdom

When we left we headed towards Stonehenge. I saved 10 pounds on lunch by bagging up an apple, orange and 2 croissants from breakfast this morning haha.
Stonehenge was a WOW moment as soon as I saw it. I am not sure how long I held my breath for, but it was quite a while I am sure. The pictures don't do this 5,000 year old structure justice. Half of the rocks are buried underground, so you can't get a true estimate of their size with a quick glance. It's hard to imagine men, women, animals.... ANYTHING dragging each of these stones for 240 miles before the invention of the wheel. Can you imagine having to lift them to complete the arches too!?
