Meetup! UPDATED: NEW PIC BY JEFF!!!
Alone
When I arrive at the subway(airport) Tirso won't respond at the phone and Lauro also!!! Well I have the hostel reservation, so in the worst case, no problem! Finally at the 3º or 4º time Lauro was in! ok we will meet at Sol under the "Bear" arround 20.30h
Nobody is here
Once at "Sol" NOBODY WAS THERE!!! I spend like 5 minutes turning arround the Bear and nothing....DAVE!!! He was there! Yeah the meetup had just begin and I'M PISSING :p The people where at KFC (tribute at the Chicken Forum). Then I saw them: Lau and Hannie, "Hi", just a simple hi, what's that? I made a big hug to Lauro and 2 or 3 Kisses to Hannie (damn, she is so shy as she said) ;)
I can't more and scape to the KFC toilet and to buy a beer that I give it to Lory he he he, the things begin to get better.
There I discover something scary : The Camera rechargable batts are empty and the alkaline ones too!! :( I will have to take it with the phone one :)
We need a leader!
We were walking but don't know where to go, finally I convince someone (I think was Hannie) to lead us to a Bar and it works! We begin to walk without looking behind and looking back and the people follow us :)
At the Bar
Here we had one of the best moments of the meetup, everybody were more relaxed and with a couple of sangria Jugs this was a really meetup (Thanx Cam for paying the sangria and the ham!), Hannie is not as shy as she said, we were joking a lot, she is a really funny gal also the rest, there I could talk more realaxed and know them a little bit, but less that I wanted :(
Subway
Someone had to lead the people to the party and this time it was Me! I was in contact with Tirso and he explained me how to arrive.
Lost
Finally we arrive at the place but i can't find the street, Ok ok I get lost, finally Tirso come to search us and we arrive at the party.
Da Party
A house in the center of Madrid with swimmingpool and a big garden! WOW! Tirso introduce me to the girl that organized the party: Cristina Figueroa, this gal is really great, she told everybody the fee entrance was bring something (90% of people thinks the same = ALCOHOL) there were like 60..80 Alcohol bottles :P They have a castle for playing the kids(Hannie, Ruby, Kat, Lory, Mark, JC...), you can see the pics of everybody jumping and having fun there!
The Swimmingpool was small and EMPTY (no one inside), don't worry TB Gang will solve it and have a bath at the swimingpool.
