Inside St. Basil's Cathedral
This is a very interesting place to visit - that is, if you don't mind feeling crowded. Despite how big it looks, it feels quite small inside with many passages narrow enough for just one person to pass through at a time. It's also quite dark, but using a flash with your cameras doesn't seem to be a problem.
Note, however, that you need to buy a ticket allowing you to take photos. I think the price was 130 RR, although I didn't pay and didn't get hassled until I was just about to leave. Playing stupid tourist is enough to get you past without any real hassle (like camera confiscations), so no real worries. Just be aware that you're really supposed to buy a ticket for your camera.
Foreigners' entrance fees (300 RR, I think) are also higher than those for locals (who pay 100 RR as adults). I asked for my ticket in Russian and got charged as if I were a Russian citizen. Score!
Also note that unlike everywhere else on the Kremlin grounds/Red Square area, you're allowed to take your bags inside. No extra fee for that. At least not yet.
Mostly what you see when you get inside, besides loads of tourists, are icons and religious paintings on the wall. If you're really not bothered by any of that, it might not be worth the entrance fee except to say that you've been inside. I, myself, found everything quite fascinating but then I did get in for much less than I should have.

No matter how many times you see…
Just one of many paintings on di…
Intricate corridors a-plenty in …
The arch here is brilliant, but …
Another blurry pic - a phenomeno…
