I’ve moved to Morocco, permanently… I’ve got Africa to the south and Europe to the north, awaiting me and my guitar… But first things first. I’ve got to put down roots here in Morocco. And while I’m doing that, I’m going to go play music in Every Single Town in the whole country…

0213. Tiny Ain Zora (Mor 061--new)

Ain Zora turned out to be a bit of a dead end--very little traffic going in any direction... But I did have a couple of groups of people who were eager for me to play songs for them--and one boy with a broken arm who insisted on trying to play my guitar.

I took my clip in front of an old French colonial building... no idea what the French were doing in a village like Ain Zora.  I was told that I'd have better luck finding transportation in nearby Saka.  So I hung out around the tiny market until an "unofficial" taxi pulled up and the guy hollered out " Saka"... Negotiated a reasonable price and headed on my way...
