Käthe Wohlfahrt (Christmas Store)

The Käthe Wohlfahrt Christmas store is absolutely fabulous. I can’t post many pictures, as photographs weren’t allowed to be taken within the store. But believe me, it is amazing. When you first enter the store, you are in the “Christmas museum” portion. They have different Christmas scenes represented; most of which can not be purchased. After you have passed that portion of the store, you enter one of about 10 rooms filled with different Christmas decorations (this is not including the other store they have across the street). There is everything from classical German glass ornaments to smokers (figurines that, when you put incense inside them, puff smoke out of their mouths) to coo coo clocks. The store is amazing; if you are in the area, you must stop by it. A plus, the store will ship your stuff back home so you don’t have to carry it around with you the rest of your trip. (It cost me $17 US to ship my stuff back to the states, and I had quite a bit to ship.)
