This year I have two new student interns. Sean Butler of White Oak and Taylor Pass of Harleton. These two guys will be responsible for helping me to maintain the facility, lead Bible studies, help out with our weekly lunches, encourage students to interact with others and just be ambassadors for the Center, the Campus and our faith.
We have lots of activities planned for the students this semester including a trip to see the Texas Ranger's Baseball team, a indoor rock climbing trip to Dallas, trips to Shreveport, LA to get lost in the corn maize, various Bible studies, weekly free lunches and devotionals, and a whole lot of fun.
We also do a lot of eating here at the Tri-C. On this day, Clint brought in a gallon bucket of homegrown tomatoes and other veggies and along with Taylor, they made some awesome fresh salsa. Needless to say, everyone enjoyed it. I am sure there will be many more days like this over the next months.
