Hurricane Katrina Humanitarian Aide

We had completed many underways on the ship summer of 2005 getting ready for the next cruise we had to do for our next mission,  Unfortunately Hurricane Katrina happened when we were supposed to be home with our families and we headed down south, picking up many many 'passengers' along the way to aide in our Humanitarian Mission. 

One of those days we were just 'floating around' and small boats were inbound to us with Mexican Marines.  After they were all on board, we fed them, and headed to their mission area. 

I was honored to meet Mexican Marines in a Humanitarian effort to assist our fellow Americans.  Much appreciation to them for assisting us in aiding during a great emergency!
