Wow

Took a group down to help rebuild some houses. It was a great trip. Met lots of people did lots of work and gain lots experience.

Although this was a few years ago, the impact is just as great when I look back on these photos. We stayed with the various other church groups during our spring break. There was so much to do there, that it was really hard to pick one place to start. We just started pulling stuff out of houses, clearing away debris, and cleaning up guck.

We found a few dead cats in the attics of some building, rats hinding in walls, dead pets and most of a lot of lost memories. I would go back in a minute to continue the work that has been started. If anyone gets a chance, go back to New Orleans, it's coming back.
